CURRENT MEMBERS:
The Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia Tonik Plans are the most popular plans for individuals ages 19-39, but they are available to anyone under 65. They provide coverage for medical, dental and visual services.  The Tonik 1500 plan, also known as the “Calculated Risktaker”, appeals to those who want the lowest deductible if medical services are required. The annual deductible is $1,500; there is no additional coinsurance, and members are offered unlimited office visits for a low $40 copay.
