I think Medicoverage have been a relief to work with. In fact, they are the people I look forward to speaking with first for all my healthcare and health insurance needs since they will actually give me answers quickly, care about getting accurate and useful info to me and answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. The plus is that they are quite frank about the interests of the insurance company, which helps me to navigate my plans better, and are looking out for the path to treatment that will cost me least. Despite knowing they must be busy, they never rush me off the line until my questions are answered in entirety and there is always someone available, and they give prompt responses.

This in contrast with the long waits, unhelpful answers, endless followups to promises never kept, blow-offs and general jerkness of dealing with the insurance company directly themselves (over the years and with the current one too).. I’m so glad for them and have recommended them to others (their service is free too - and hey- their customer care even cares to know what we think!)
