Though I had a very difficult time transitioning my Tonik plan from CT to NH, your Medicoverage agents were fantastic.They always made me feel like my problem was the most important thing they were working on and that they would help me right away.

They were often able to leave messages or call asking questions and give me information quickly. They always got back to me quickly when I emailed or called and would leave me messages with updates on their progress. They were very thoughtful and explained things well. Most importantly they were always nice to me and they apologized endlessly for all the trouble I had to deal with. If they had not been so helpful and thoughtful it would have been a very frustrating and difficult situation. Though the process switching my service was long and bumpy, your team was great. I really appreciate how much they helped me.
