CURRENT MEMBERS:
The Smartsense Generic Rx 7500 POS plan by BCBS of GA consists of a $7,500 annual deductible and an out-of-pocket limit of $10,500.  For Physician Office Services, this plan provides coverage for the first 3 visits per calendar year at a $30 co-payment by the insured individual(s). After 3 visits, once the deductible is met, members are responsible for 30% of the negotiated rate. This plan offers generic-only prescription drug coverage.
