CURRENT MEMBERS:
The annual deductible for the BCBS of GA Smartsense Generic Rx 750 PPO plan is $750, with an out-of-pocket limit of $3,750. This plan provides coverage for the first three doctor visits (per plan member) each calendar year before the deductible is met, as well as generic-only prescription drug coverage.
