CURRENT MEMBERS:
The Smartsense Generic Rx 2500 plan, by Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Colorado, contains a $2,500 annual deductible and a $5,000 out-of-pocket limit. The deductible is waived for the first 3 visits to a doctor—-members make a $30 copay upon each visit. After 3 visits, and when the deductible has been met, members are responsible for 30% of the negotiated rate. Prescription drug coverage for this plan is for generic drugs only. There is no separate deductible, and members make either a $15 co-payment, or pay 40% of the cost (whichever amount is greater).
