Current Members
The Anthem CA ClearProtection Plus 3300 plan features two deductibles—-one for Inpatient/Surgical services, and one for Outpatient/Professional and Diagnostic Services. The Inpatient/Surgical Deductible is $3,300, and the Outpatient Deductible is $6,800. The Outpatient deductible is equivalent to the out-of- pocket maximum. A combination of services from both the Inpatient and Outpatient deductibles can be used to meet the out-of-pocket maximum. For doctor’s office visits, two visits are allowed per year with the deductible waived at a $40 copay. After the deductible is met, no coinsurance is required for the remainder of the year.
