The Blue Cross Tonik 5000 in California was recently changed and the information below reflects the benefits available before recent health care reform measures.  If you are interested in purchasing the Tonik 5000 plan today, visit our the new Anthem Tonik 5000 plan.  If you purchased this plan before March 23, 2010, your plan is considered “Grandfathered” and you can still keep this plan with the benefits described below.

The Anthem Blue Cross Tonik 5000 plan, also known as the “Thrill Seeker” plan, was designed for those who wanted $5,000,000 of insurance coverage, but didn’t want to break the bank each month. It featured a $5,000 deductible, no co-insurance, and a $20 copay for the first 4 office visits.
