The Smartsense Plus Plans by Anthem Blue Cross of California offer choice and flexibility through a variety of deductibles and two prescription drug options. This allows people to select a plan that better suits their needs.  One of the Smartense Plus plans offered by Anthem CA is the Smartsense Plus Standard Rx 3500.This plan features a $3,500 annual deductible, $7,000 out-of-pocket maximum, and unlimited lifetime benefits. The first three office visits are provided with the deductible waived, at a $30 copayment. After three visits, and once the deductible has been reached, members pay 30% of the negotiated rate. Preventive services are covered at no additional cost. For professional and diagnostic services, hospital stays, and emergency room care, members are responsible for a 30% coinsurance (after the deductible).
